Thanh Vu graduated from the Schulich School of Business (Canada) and worked at Bloomberg Singapore before pivoting to endurance sports. She was the first Asian woman to complete the 4 Deserts Grand Slam (2016), conquering grueling races across all seven continents and becoming the 2022 IUTA World Champion in the women’s Deca Ultra Triathlon. In 2024, she made her mark again by completing one of the longest triathlons in history—covering 114 km of swimming, 5,600 km of cycling, and 1,266 km of running over 43 days. Through her journey of pushing past extreme limits, Thanh Vu inspires others with her resilience, her willingness to embrace change, and her pursuit of a meaningful life.
